  God’s Desire For Us

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have the ability to eloquently proclaim God’s word before hundred or even thousands? Wouldn’t God be proud of you? How would you like to be able to go deep into God’s word and discuss some profound spiritual truth? Would you like to be a person who is gifted in healing, having perfect confidence that God will heal the person you are praying for. Have you ever thought hey I am going to Africa to take the gospel to the innocent people impoverished people? Have you ever thought, I would stand up for Christ even if it cost me my life. All of these are very noble deeds.

What God wants from us is to be patient with others as you are assisting or accompanying  them with something you really have no interest in. God wants us to be kind to the young person who is caught up in the culture of putting earrings in their nose, or wearing their pants hanging off their butts, or wearing crazy hair styles. And be gracious to those who don’t mean you any good. God want us to be forgiving to those who wrong us, and to put others interest ahead of our own. God wants us to live magnanimously and trust Him in the face of difficult situations and circumstances which we can’t change.God wants us to keep the faith to the end when everything around us is falling apart. This my friends is the love of Christ as expressed in (1 Corinthians 13) and should be applied to daily life, if we fail to do this area no amount of giftedness or sacrifice is going to be of any consequence, Amen.
