The younger son … took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his substance with riotous living.

Such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God—We … were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) and hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.
Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. If, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

Never man spake like this man.

Thou art fairer than the children of men: grace is poured into thy lips: therefore God hath blessed thee for ever—The Lord G OD hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary—His mouth is most sweet: yea, he is altogether lovely. This is my beloved, and this is my friend.
All bare him witness, and wondered at the gracious words which proceeded out of his mouth—He taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom—The sword of the Spirit … is the word of God—The word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword—(The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.

Greeting Brothers and Sisters, All praise to God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, who knew us and loved us intimately before He laid the foundation of the world. Praise God and rejoice for all He has done, and all He has planned for those who love Him. Rejoice for the gift, the precious jewel that He gave each one of us who believe in His Son. Thank you, Father, for your generosity cannot be compared to. You are truly the Majesty on High, Thank you, Father, for your compassion,  Thank you, Father, for you are God, and there is none besides you. Father thank you for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

My Friends, rejoice, rejoice, rejoice, God did it. It is done. We have so much to rejoice about and many of us don’t realize it. There is so much noise going on around us that we have been distracted. The truth has been obscured. Let’s analyze what Jesus did to put God’s plan into motion. First of all, Jesus performed the greatest Miracle that has ever been done, past, present or future.

Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” (Phil 2:5-10)

This is a fact that you have to understand in order to intellectually appreciate the significance of what God did for us. First of all, you must realize that Jesus is God. The miracle is that God made Himself into one of the very creatures He Created. He walks this earth and humbled Himself and obey the law of God perfectly. The same Law that we the human race as a whole was and is unable to do. Jesus was obedient to the law even unto the shameful death He experienced on the cross. God was so pleased with the work of love His Son performed, God exalted Him to the highest place, And gave Him a name above every name, At His name everyone will bow and worship, saved or unsaved. You will go down on your knees and make the confession that Jesus is Lord.

That should be enough for us to rejoice for and it is, but my friends God gave us more alleluia, Eyes have not seen nor’ either heard, neither has it entered in the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for those who love Him ( 1 Cor 2:9). God is going to wipe every tear from their eyes and there shall b no more death, and no more crying and no more pain because the old order of things has passed (Rev: 21:4).

Rejoice, My Friends, there is more. There will be new Heaven and new Earth, and a new Jerusalem The streets are paved with Gold, it.s walls with precious stones. That’s not all my friends. We will be reunited with our loved ones provided they know Jesus as it concerns the pardoning of their sins. Rejoice there is more, God blesses us now every day providing for us, protecting us, sustaining us and caring for us, giving us everything we need, and some of what we want, Thank you, Jesus. My friends if you haven’t done so take this time to ask Jesus to forgive you for your sins. If you ask Him He will do it. Amen Glory hallelujah Look at what God has done. Amen

Thank you God Bless you

The L ORD made all that he did to prosper in his hand .

Blessed is every one that feareth the L ORD; that walketh in his ways. For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee—Trust in the L ORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. Delight thyself also in the L ORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart—Be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the L ORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.
Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
As long as he sought the L ORD, God made him to prosper—Beware that thou forget not the L ORD thy God, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his statutes, which I command thee this day: and thou say in thine heart, My power and the might of mine hand hath gotten me this wealth.
Is not the L ORD your God with you? and hath he not given you rest on every side?

June 24, 2019

Greetings my friends, Grace, and peace to you in the name of God our Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Thank God for you and your families. God is good and His mercy endures forever. I thank God for this opportunity to share His word with you. There is nothing more gratifying than to be in God’s service, sharing His word with His people. Every Christian should be aware that the enemy is among us, and he is vicious. He will use anyone he can to stop people from becoming members of God’s family or to stop God’s people from benefitting from God’s blessing. Even if you are members of God’s family the enemy can and will use you if you allow him. Lord Help me to share an encouraging word to your people and those who desire to be a part of your family, thank you in Jesus name Amen.

And the tongue is a fire, the very world of iniquity; the tongue is set among our members as that which defiles the entire body, and sets on fire the course of our life, and is set on fire by hell. (James 3:6).

My friends the enemy is hiding in plain sight, he is waiting for the right opportunity to use you in such a way that you will do irreparable harm to someone who has never harmed you in any way. You must be aware of the communication coming from your mouth especially when it concerns someone besides yourself. A person who is able to control His tongue is a person that is able to bring his or her entire body under control and in subjection to the truth. With the tongue, a person is able to build you up and encourage you, it is also true that with the tongue a person is also able to bring you down, break your heart, and even disrupt your life as you know it.  When we are subjected to this menacing type of behavior we are surprised, one would expect this type of assault to come from someone outside the church, or outside of your family, this you can handle. but when it comes from people you love and hold in very high esteem, the injury is deeper than anything you could ever imagine. That is why it is so devasting, it comes from people you have invested your life, people who you admire and value their friendship, they are Christian people like your self, only they are not living according to Christian ethics, and moral values, they are living according to the ways of the world.

We all stumble, none of us are perfect but that is not an excuse for us not to exhibit self-control in what we are communicating out of our mouths. It comes out of our mouths as a little spark and the next thing you know it becomes a raging fire able to destroy an entire forest. It is the same mouth that speaks of praises to God and turn around the next second and pronounces curses to men, and offend God. This type of behavior is not right. Bitter and sweet cannot come from the same source. either it is bitter or it is sweet. This type of behavior is sinful. You know a tree by its fruit. A bad tree cannot give good fruit. This type of behavior is demonic and comes from a person that is bitter, jealous, arrogant, and has selfish ambitions in their hearts. This type of communication did not come from above, it is earthly. Where ever you find this type of behavior you’ll find disorder and every evil thing. God will hold us responsible for the words that come from our mouths. You can not have dual citizenship, you can’t be a citizen of Heaven and a citizen of the world. What comes from your mouth allow others to determine that which is in your heart, whether you are inclined toward God in Heaven or inclined toward the ways of the world that leads to Hell.

My friends God wants us to use the wisdom that comes from above, which is first of all pure, peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruit, unwavering, without hypocrisy. God wants us to love one another. treat each other with dignity and respect. Pray for one another, and be kind and lift up one another. We must be true to our faith from inside out. We must be aware of how we conduct ourselves, what we say and what we do. Those who are not Christians observe us. What they see us do can have an influence on their decision to become a Christian. If an unsaved person witnesses the type of behavior that is contrary to how they perceive a Christian should conduct themselves, that could be the excuse they need to reject Christ. Let us use our voices to help others know about Jesus. Let us use our voice to help each other and not tear each other down. Let us use our voice to Glorify God. Let us not allow our communication to take our eyes off the prize which is Jesus Christ our Lord.

Remember, all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. No one is innocent but Jesus. We all have a past and God forgave us because of the work His Son did on the cross on our behalf, not because of anything special in ourselves, our righteousness is like filthy rags before God. Not one of us deserves what God has done for us. Everyone that is a Christian came the same way. There is only one way if there was another way God would have given it. Jesus said you must be born again. my friends the only way you can be born again, you must come to Jesus. Jesus said ” I Am the way and the truth and the life, no one can come to my Father, except by me”(John 14:6). If this message has helped you to understand what God has done for you, don’t put it off any longer, believe in Jesus today He loves you. Thank You, Lord, Amen.

God Bless You

Rev. Reginald Stevens

Men ought always to pray, and not to faint.

Which of you shall have a friend, and shall go unto him at midnight, and say unto him, Friend, lend me three loaves; for a friend of mine in his journey is come to me, and I have nothing to set before him? And he from within shall answer and say, Trouble me not: the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give thee. I say unto you, Though he will not rise and give him, because he is his friend, yet because of his importunity he will rise and give him as many as he needeth—Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.
I will not let thee go, except thou bless me. As a prince hast thou power with God and with men—Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving.
{Jesus} went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.

He will rest in his love.

The L ORD did not set his love upon you, nor choose you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye were the fewest of all people: but because the L ORD loved you—We love him, because he first loved us—You … hath he reconciled in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight.
