Don’t Get Dragged Down
Grace and peace to you in the name of God our Father and His Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. May God continue protecting you and leading you in this world and in the world to come. I thank God for you, I am thankful to God for the opportunity to share His word with you. Lord thank you for this platform to reach out to your people and those who are not. I Lord lead me as I delineate your word. In Jesus name, Amen.
From the moment we are born this world is determined to drag us down. The world’s system is set up to accommodate you. The world if allowed will convince you that God doesn’t exist. The world and the king of it don’t want you to discover the truth. If you are willing not to acknowledge God in your life the world is for you. If you believe you can live your way, the world is for you. If you think you can earn your salvation the world is for you. If you are selfish, greedy, do all type of evil things, the world is for you, if you don’t have any respect for human life, this world is for you. Are you lazy? This world is for you. Are you a sexual pervert, do you commit adultery, beat your children, rape murder, and steel, addicted to drugs? This world is for you. If wrong feels right and you despised that which is right. This world is for you. Do you believe you are in so deep that you can’t get out? Don’t believe it. Even though you don’t love yourself God loves you. The world wants to drag you down, don’t let it. 17For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God(John 3:17-18).
The world knows that if you don’t believe in Christ you are already condemned. You don’t have to do anything and you will go to hell, but God loves you so much even though you are God’s enemy He wants to give you the opportunity to live at peace with Him. God offers you eternal Life. I know you think this is to good to be true, my friends God is so loving and wonderful, and great and good, and so far above our finite minds that it is too wonderful for us to comprehend, but it is true. He sent His Son Jesus Christ to pay the cost in His blood, to redeem us. Belief in Jesus is the only payment God will accept. Don’t allow the world to drag you down, Let Jesus catch you Up.
But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this, we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words ( 1Thes 4:13-17). Amen! Amen! Amen!
My friends trust God, not the world, you can still believe in the blessed hope which is Jesus Christ. Believe in Him and God will give you eternal life. Lord God thank You in Jesus name.
