YOU ARE BLESSED PART 5

Greetings brothers and sisters and friends grace and peace to you in the name of God our Father, God the Son Jesus Christ and God the Holy Spirit. I thank God for you. You are precious in His sight, and your welfare is of utmost importance to Him. He has made provisions for your future that will place your future on a path that will be rewarding for you and your family from time to eternity. Those provisions were made through His Son Jesus Christ (John 14:6). Lord God thank you for giving me this opportunity to share your word concerning how You have blessed us , Lord open the hearts and mind of those who are reading this message that they may be encouraged because you have opened their understanding. Father it is in the name of Jesus that I pray Amen.

In Jesus Christ we see mercy personified when He went to the cross. We more than any time in the past don’t take sin seriously. God did not create us to die, we were created immortal. It was disobedience to God’s law (sin) that demanded our life as payment for sin. Jesus knowing that He is the only one who quality, the only one whose life have enough value to pay the death penalty for the entire world. Jesus knew that His death would pay the penalty for every one who has ever lived and everyone who has not even been born. Our life will be excepted by God as payment if we don.t trust in Jesus, but after the payment is made we can’t get up again, in fact we will go to hell. In John 10 :17-18 Jesus said ” The reason my Father love me is that I lay down my life – only to take it up again, No one takes it from me, but I lay it down on my own accord. I have authority to lay it down, and authority to take it up again, This command I received from my father. It was an act of mercy that can never be matched. Christ was made to be a curse for us when He went to the cross, so that not by our works of righteousness , but by His mercy and grace that we have been saved.
Because He has been merciful to us we are expected to be merciful to one another. while giving the sermon on the mound Jesus said 14“For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses”(Matt 6:14-15). In Matt 18:28-34 (read it) Jesus talked about a servant that owed his master some money and couldn’t pay, the consequences was imprisonment. the servant begged his master for mercy. After considering the position his servant was in he forgave him all his debt. Afterwards the servant was owed money by someone else who was in the same position that he was in. He didn’t forgive him, and had him thrown in Jail. When his master found out what his servant had done, he told him, I forgave you when you begged me, shouldn’t you have forgiven your fellow servant ? You are evil so He had him thrown in Jail to be tortured until his debt is paid. 35“So My heavenly Father also will do to you if each of you, from his heart, does not forgive his brother £his trespasses (Matt 18:35). God love you friend and has done everything that need to be done so that you can receive salvation, He sent His son who is full of mercy and truth to die for you and me, and the whole world. He leaves the decision up to you. All He ask of you is that you believe in His Son Jesus Christ concerning the forgiveness of your sin.
